Guinea Pigs

These are a true kid-favorite and very quick and easy!

• english muffins
• sliced cheese
• bacon, cooked until crisp

Cut english muffins in half and arrange haves on a baking sheet, cut side up.  Toast under the broiler for a minute or two.  Remove from oven and top each half with a slice of cheese.  (I used American, but you can use any kind your kiddos like)
Top with bacon.  You can make funny faces for younger kids or just pile it on for older kids!
Return to oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
