- chopped lettuce
- diced tomato
- sliced olives
- diced red or green onion
- hard boiled eggs, chopped (about 1 per person)
- cooked, crumbled bacon (turkey bacon for South Beach Diet)
- blue cheese ( or shredded cheddar)
- Grilled Avocado
- Dressing such as Ranch
- *For a wrap we use 'Flat Out' wraps
Layer all ingredients on the wrap or on a bed of lettuce and enjoy!
