Grilled Avocados


  • avocados
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil


Cut avocados in half, leaving skin on.  Brush with lemon juice, then olive oil.  Grill on med-high, two minutes on each side.

Scoop out of the skin and slice.  Serve warm avocados on salads or in wraps, tacos and sandwiches.
